Get started
Two steps to get started with AI WorkDeck
AI WorkDeck runs on your own machine — your documents never leave it. After installing, sign in right inside the app to get started; your account is created automatically the first time you sign in.
First, pick the right site
AI WorkDeck runs two sites. The software is identical; the account systems are not. Registration, Credits balance and purchases are never shared. Whichever site you sign in on is where your account lives, and it cannot be moved later.

Both sites use the same desktop client, from the same installer. Its interface is currently available in Chinese only.
Step 1 of 2
- 01
Pick the installer for your system. It is a large download — best done on Wi-Fi. Use those few minutes to finish step two.
What you download is the Community Edition: the desktop app is open source under the AGPLv3, and the source lives on GitHub. Premium features such as AI chat, OCR and transcription call paid third-party services, so they need Credits first — the pricing page explains how billing works.
One installer supports both English and Simplified Chinese. After installing, switch under Settings - Language; the interface, document editor, and AI replies all follow. There is no separate English download.
Office / WPS add-in (optional)
To use AI WorkDeck inside Word, Excel, or PowerPoint, install the task pane add-in: download the installer, run it, and restart Office — an "Open AI WorkDeck" button appears on the Home tab. For WPS Office there is nothing to download: open the one-click install page, click Install, and restart WPS (Writer, Spreadsheets, and Presentation on Windows and Linux). It connects to the official cloud by default (sign in with your phone number or email), or point it at your local desktop application or a firm server in the add-in settings.
The macOS installer is notarized by Apple; click "Allow" if macOS asks to access data from other apps. On Windows choose "Run anyway" if SmartScreen appears. The WPS install page requires WPS Office on this machine; allow the browser to open WPS Office if asked.
